Life back to Love

Love doesn’t have any control, it just takes over your mind and one cannot help it. You see a person in front of you and cannot hold yourself loving them. Is it love or attraction or infatuation? Cannot help, whatever it is but it’s wrong, to be in a relationship and then falling in love. It's not good, it's like cheating someone. Want to go to office just to see that person, talk to that person, hangout for tea, lunch, dinner, feels good.

Human is very selfish, it loves the person who loves someone else and doesn’t bother about the person who loves them.

Life: Afraid of being Friend

Life teaches me to make friends

Teaches me to help my friend

Teaches me to be there with my friend

Teaches me to take care of my friend

Friend expects a lot from me and I try to meet their expectations

I don’t expect from my friend because I am afraid

Life is about accepting, frustrated with this word now, no one can be in anyone shoes ever. The person who is dealing with it knows the better and the best. Yeah, I know there are many other people who are facing lots of problems but still living without saying it but I am not like that.
I miss you and will always miss you, come what may.

10 Essentials foods for Women

1) Figs

Figs are a great health food, containing many vital minerals and vitamins as well as contributing to your daily portions of fruit and veg. Two minerals found in figs that are particularly beneficial to women's health are iron, which is often deficient in menstruating women, and calcium, which is important for post-menopausal women, who are more prone to osteoporosis

2) Flax

Flax seeds are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids and have been linked to reduced risk of breast cancer and heart disease. The seeds' anti-inflammatory properties are also good for preventing arthritis, while their digestive benefits can help irritable bowel syndrome; two painful conditions which are more prevalent in women than men

 3) Milk

Milk is a great source of calcium, which is extremely beneficial to women's health, particularly when combined with vitamin D (found in some varieties of milk and many fortified milk products). Consumption of the combined nutrients is not only good for warding off osteoporosis, but a study has suggested that a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D could ease, or even prevent, symptoms of PMS.

 4) Oats

Oats are literally packed with health-boosting nutrients, many of which have great impacts on female health. Oats are not only great for heart health, digestion and blood pressure levels (with hypertension affecting many women over 50), but they contain vitamin B6, which can help prevent PMS and mood swings, and folic acid, which is important for women to consume before and during pregnancy to prevent birth defects in babies.

 5) Salmon

Salmon has a multitude of positive health benefits for women. Not only is it rich in iron — which is integral to the diets of premenopausal women — but it is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, known for their mood-enhancing effects. Studies have suggested that omega-3 can help beat depression (something that affects twice as many women as men) and prevent mood swings, while salmon can also boost babies' intelligence when eaten during pregnancy.

 6) Spinach

Spinach is rich in many different vitamins and minerals, but one thing that makes it great for women is its high content of magnesium. Research has shown that magnesium may be beneficial in reducing many of the physical symptoms of PMS which plague women, including reduction of swelling, breast tenderness, bloating and weight gain.

 7) Tomatoes

Another vibrant carotenoid beneficial for women's health is lycopene, a pigment found in tomatoes. Studies have suggested that lycopene may be effective in preventing breast cancer. Furthermore, there has been considerable evidence to suggest that the powerful antioxidant can help reduce risk of heart disease — the leading cause of death in women in the US, Australia, England and Wales.

 8) Walnuts

While all nuts are great for our health, walnuts have many great individual benefits for women. A study has recently found that walnuts, which are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and phytosterols, may help to reduce women's risk of developing breast cancer, while their high omega-3 content may also help bone health, arthritis pain and depression. Walnuts also contain many nutrients essential for female health, such as calcium, magnesium and folic acid.

 9) Butternut squash

Like many other yellow/orange fruit and vegetables — is packed with carotenoids such as alpha-carotene and beta-carotene. While carotenes should be included in everybody's diet for optimum health, they may prove essential to women's health as a high-carotenoid diet has been linked to lowered risks of both breast and ovarian cancer.

 10) Cranberries

Various studies have suggested strong links between consuming cranberries and reduced risks of breast cancer and heart disease. However, the most notorious benefit of cranberries is their ability to prevent and cure urinary tract infections such as cystitis, which is eight times more likely to occur in women than men. One study suggests that drinking two glasses of cranberry juice a day can prevent the symptoms of common UTIs in women.

26th July - Time to Remember

26th July

This has been a special day (26th July 2005) for me always and always. On that rainy day, we all friends were sitting at the canteen of our college, Dombivli, at 3 in the afternoon planning for a movie. I told my friends to meet at the station and take the tickets for the movie and I along-with my best mate will come along. It was raining very hard and we step outside the college in a single umbrella; I never carry my umbrella anywhere. As we were moving towards the highway to get an auto rickshaw, people were coming across and were screaming the manholes are overflowing. When we stepped ahead, the water was near our knees but it was so joyful to us because I and she enjoy rain and water. My first aim was to leave my best mate to her home, I held here really tight and slowly slowly were walking towards her home.

Finally we reached with not much difficulty and then it was my turn to return home.I called my friends and told that I am coming to the station, but they replied that the station is filled with water and they are too coming at the bus stop. I got a little worried, so then I along-with my friends went to my best mate’s home. I was fully drenched and was shivering with cold, didn’t know what to do at that moment. I along with my 10 friends was stuck at my best mate’s home.

My best mate’s brother was stuck at the school, so I decided that I’ll go the school and get him back. So, I along-with a friend moved towards his school, the water was reaching from knee to the waist and then touched the neck. I didn’t knew swimming and neither my friend. Then he told Krishna, lets move back. He was very scared and seeing him I decided it would be stupid to move ahead and we had to return back.

We needed to change, so we got something from her home to wear. I got my mate’s jeans to wear; we both had the same waist size.

The time was running out and then the night came but the rain didn’t stop at all. In the middle of that I was figuring to move out to some other friends home because it was girl’s house. Then my other friends explained me that in this night, we shouldn’t leave and then I got to know that even she was okay we staying there.
I was also worried about her brother and finally in the night at around 11 her brother arrived and we all were very happy for him.  I don’t know what we ate that night. It was totally dark and there was no power, but we were having fun.

Somehow we were trying to sleep but suddenly in the midnight at around 3 we all woke up by listening the noise outside. When I saw outside, the neighbor’s building was filled with water till the first floor and we were on the ground floor in another building. The water was coming closer to the door steps so we all decided to move all the furniture and expensive items at higher position but then we decided we will cross the bridge when we come closer and we stopped. By the blessings of god it stopped raining at 4 and we were breathing with a sigh of relief.

There was no food at home, no rice, no milk so I decided that we will go to the station and get something to eat. I along with my friend came to the market near the station and got some rice, milk and dal. We were standing just below an lamp post and after getting the stuffs we crossed the road. When we reached the other side, there was short circuit in the lamp post and there was spark all around. Oh, thank god we crossed at the right time and no one was injured.

The train was not going to run for two more days and there was no mode of transport to move. We reached home and there was power at home, we had tea and for lunch we had khichdi. That day was fun for us all; we were playing cards, donkey monkey and then were playing antakshiri. The second night we all slept well.
The next morning we all decided to move out. We all went to the highway and luckily we got a bus for Mulund, a private bus. He told Rs. 100 for each and we accepted. We reached the station and we met a local minister as soon as we got down from the bus. He was asking about the past few days experience and then we gave money to the bus guy but he was not ready to take it. He just got frighten seeing the minister but anyhow I gave him 200 bugs and left for the station.

We reached Mulund station and we had train for Kurla. As many other people were struck somewhere around, we all guys did enjoy and had our horrifying moments too. I cannot forget this 26th July 2005. I loved my mate, what if she left me and don’t even remember me but such moments will always be remembered.

Some more about Life

Life if unpredictable is so simple to and this is agreed by everyone but has enjoyed the life enough to say it out. Have you ever thought that the thing which I didn’t achieve in life could be achieved in another life? Do you know whether there is another life or not?

You never know; what if there is only one life or this is our last life. So whatever it is, fulfill in this life, do it all, stay happy and make others happy. You know, making others happy makes me feel good. So what if you someone says leave me alone and I will be happy, I’ll do that too but not after trying each and every way to stay connected.
Is it true that somewhere someone is waiting for you? I don’t know, may be or maybe not. I’ve always needed someone in my life. From my perspective we always require that someone.
Defining that someone:
For me,
With whom I can share anything.
Who is always there for me in good and bad times both.
Who loves me more than I love her.
Who understands me.
Who trust me.

What I’ll do for that someone:
I will be always there for her and will love her more than my life.
I will take her to each and every place which she thinks to go.
During weekdays I will help her in cooking, or we can order from outside too, I’ll bring it for her.
I’ll take her out for a movie every weekend or somewhere outside which will make her fresh.
I’ll take her for a long ride.
I’ll do anything to make her happy.

Love you life

Love Life

Morning, why do you come to give me tears in my eyes?

Afternoon, why you come to blow my entire smile?

Evening, why do you come to drain all my energy?

Night, why do you come to finish my life?

I still love life, because no matter whatever happens, you’re always there.
Sometimes I don’t realize but you’re there.

You give me so much pain but then also, you don’t have any mercy, and you behave the same.

I know you are giving me strength to deal with such a situation later.
But, one question to you life, Will you ever love me the same which I do?

Will you ever feel for me the same I do?
Will I be able to make you happy and irritate you less?

Will I be able to cherish all those moments again?
Will you ever love me again?

Will you ever love me again?

Phases of Life

Different Phases of Life:
God has given us one life

1st phase
Childhood: All those moments with the innocent smile, it was the only time when all the kids were really innocent and were not behaving to acting like being someone else. Those times were such that we didn’t even knew when they came and passed away.

2nd Phase
Schooling: Schooling days are like happy times, get up early in the morning, get ready as per the dress code, have your breakfast and rush to school, just wait as every half an hour pass by and the lectures get over. Wait for the lunch break and eat with all of your friends like we did not eat food for so long. Study for the exams during the holidays with extra classes for most of the subjects. Thinking loud during school days, we will become engineer, doctor, go in army, navy, will do great and lots of hopes tied in the mind.

3rd Phase
College and Further Studies: These teenage days, just realizing what studies are and how tough it is to handle time and studies, lectures of half an hour turning to an hour.  Bunking the lectures for the first time and planning for the movie, never going home before time and never reaching college on time, always asking the professor, may I come in, roaming around with friends. Getting attracted to people, infatuation happening during this period is common with everyone. Imagining every girl should talk to you and you being the dude of the class and on the contradictorily girls thinking that I am the best in the college and will be the topper of the class. Professors are more boring than the school, life is so miserable but still having the faith in mind that one day we will get the job easily based on this and then we will earn and live a wealthier life.
ATKTs part of life, clearing the subject with last night preparation, hoping to get those 40 marks as the passing, though you get term work not more than 13 or 15.

4th Phase
Working Personnel: Where the hell am I? School days were better. Though you break your head or do anything those special days won’t come back again. You are working professional now, getting up early in the morning, getting your tiffin done or planning to eat outside with the regular Sandwich man, working 8 hours a day or sometimes extra time, listing to all the bitching about your colleagues and seniors and also handling politics better than the politicians; waiting for that appraisal to come every year with lots of hope along, but as that times comes, searching for another job begins for better life.

5th Phase
Marriage: I would like someone to complete this, I am single but promise would complete this after I get married.
